Each class is 6 weeks in length and offered entirely online so employees can take them off hours. Those who complete both courses earn a Certificate of Completion.

This course introduces how to effectively manage a successful business, including planning, prioritizing, organization, controlling and evaluating factors that impact sales, margin, and inventory performance.
Business Leadership
This course introduces the role of leader in business contexts and the skills necessary to build, engage, and motivate a high-performance team.
