During her program, an opportunity came up to be a manager. She didn’t have the experience managing people just yet, but the fact that she was in this program helped to equip her with the knowledge and foresight of leading and managing teams. During each course, she interviewed key members of our executive team to apply what she was learning in her courses. She is purposeful in her application and is using what she learned in her new management role.”
