With American corporations emerging from the recession, it's time to ramp up hiring. But the problem is that there are fewer available people to hire. It's hard to imagine a time when it was more important for Corporate Learning departments to partner with universities to recruit and develop talent.
Luckily it comes just at the same time that American universities are more open to adult learners and creating new and innovative ways to provide them with education.
